I have forgotten my username

Students

If you are a student or pupil at a school, your username is often your school email address, the email address you gave to your school or a fake email address that your teacher has created for you. Please ask your teacher to look up your username.

Teachers and individual users

Your username is always the email address with which you registered. If you do not remember which email address you registered with, please contact us at support@holmwoods.eu.  Please include your full name in the message, so we can look up your user details.
