I can sign in at school, but not at home

Check that you are using the correct username and you are typing in your password correctly.

To do this, first type your password into a text document and then copy and paste it into the password field.

If this does not work, try downloading and using a different web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Finally, you could try clearing the cache. This will delete any old versions of the web page stored on your computer.
