I have created a Basicpoort integration, but my students are not visible in Holmwoods.

If you want to use a Basicpoort integration with Holmwoods, it is likely that only the first step of the integration has been completed (Holmwoods has been activated under Publishers in Basicpoort).

To complete the integration, you need to enter your Basicpoort School ID and User ID in Holmwoods. You can find these details in your profile within Basicpoort.

In Holmwoods, go to Management > Dashboard > Configure Basicpoort

Then select the classes you want to link.
