The video jerks or doesn't play smoothly

If your video does not play smoothly there are a few possible causes.

1. Your internet connection is too slow. If this is the case the video will also be jerky.
2. Your internet connection is too busy. Perhaps someone else in the house is using the internet. Try watching a video at a different time.
3. Your computer or tablet is too slow or you have too many other programs or apps running. Shut down all other programs or apps and try again.
