What is automatic level adjustment?

Automatic Level Adjustment (ALA) ensures that the level of students is automatically adjusted depending on their results. If a student achieves 80% or higher four times, they will move up a level. If a student achieves 40% or lower four times, he or she moves down one level. Automatic level adjustment is only available in English Essentials.

How to use Automatic Level Adjustment

You can enable or disable Automatic Level Adjustment via Teaching > Course settings. Click on the 'Pencil' to edit per class. 

Set automatic level control 'on' or 'off'

Click Save
