No course available

This can have two causes. Either no subscription is assigned to the class, or the teacher is not assigned to the class.

No subscription assigned to class

Please make sure you assign a subscription to each class. To do this, follow the steps listed below.

1. Go to Manage > Subscriptions > (Choose the correct subscription) Manage classes in subscription.
2. In the left column, you will see all classes linked to the subscription. In the right column, the unlinked classes are listed.
3. Click on an unlinked class to link it to the subscription. Click on a linked class to remove it from the subscription.

Assign teacher to the class

Go to administration > classes > open> link teacher to class.

NB. Only administrators can add courses. If you don't have administrator rights and want to add new courses, you should contact the school administrator.
